InteRo Property Development announced that private sales for its highly anticipated SkyLight Residence project have officially begun. The remarkable EUR 1 billion development, located in the Obor area of the Capital, will feature outstanding facilities such as rooftop infinity pools, public and private parks, fully equipped gyms, educational spaces, retail, and office hubs.

SkyLight Residence spans across 10-hectares offering a mixed-use project with a total built area of 486,000 sqm and almost 28,000 sqm of new green areas and parks in the neighborhood.

The project will provide upon its completion of over 2,200 apartments and 115,000 sqm of office space, including an IT campus accommodating an estimated 10,000 jobs. InteRo’s project will also include over 4,000 parking spaces and an 8,540 sqm commercial area.

Phase 1 will deliver 551 apartments within 7 buildings. As construction works will accelerate by the end of this year, the developer plans to have the first residents occupy in 2027.

Homing Properties has announced a significant investment of EUR 35 million in the development of a new luxury residential complex, Homing Village, in the northern area of Bucharest. The project, situated in Pipera, will span a total land area of 65,000 sqm and include 140 villas with a total built-up area of 32,000 sqm, along with approximately 600 covered parking spaces.

“Homing Village is set to enhance the housing options in northern Bucharest by introducing luxury, medium-sized villas that remain accessible to buyers. We’ve combined modern architectural design with comprehensive amenities and strategic positioning to ensure that future residents have everything they need,” said Tomas Manjón, co-founder of Homing Properties. “We’ve noticed a continued demand for homes in the upper-middle segment, particularly those with gardens. As such, we’re confident that Homing Village will meet this demand.”

The development boasts a prime location, offering direct access to Pipera Boulevard (formerly Pipera-Tunari) and the Bucharest beltway, with just a 10-minute commute to the city center. The area is in close proximity to several international schools in northern Bucharest and is well connected to the city’s public transportation network, including metro stations.

Homing Village will feature five different villa types, ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms, each with a private garden and the option to include a swimming pool. The complex will also offer an array of amenities, such as generous green spaces, a multi-sports court, a children’s playground, a fitness center, an event hall, and 24/7 security.

The project is planned to be developed in four phases, with the first phase set for completion in the final quarter of 2026. Homing Village is expected to cater to the growing demand for upscale living spaces in Bucharest, particularly among those seeking homes with private gardens and ample amenities.

The Lebanese group M1 Real Estate, the real estate division of the M1 group, has started the first phase of a large-scale logistics project in Craiova, which can be valued at around EUR 240 million, and is preparing to enter the residential market in Cluj and Năvodari, all these projects to be carried out in partnership with the Greeks from Helios Phoenix.

The two partners want to build a large-scale project on an 80-hectare plot of land located in the north of Craiova. The first phase of this project will deliver 30,000 sqm of halls with a completion date of the last quarter of next year.

Another point recently added to the development map of M1 Real Estate and Helios Phoenix is Oradea, where in October the construction of a first phase of a new logistics project will begin. This stage, which will have an area of 6,000 sqm, is already pre-leased by Returo and future expansions are planned.

Loredana Oprișa, leasing and development manager of Olympian Parks, revealed the fact that the two partners plan to realize mixed residential projects with commercial spaces in Cluj and Năvodari, but from 2026.
