Techbolide, the software and IoT technologies developer specializing in waste management and business process digitalization, has announced its relocation to the sustainable office complex Business Garden Bucharest.

Policlinica Băneasa in the Băneasa Airport Tower building will have 38 consultation rooms, in which more than 100 doctors will work, the space being designed to accommodate up to 25 medical specialties.

The Băneasa Airport Tower building has a leasable area of 7,000 square meters, divided into nine levels: two underground, ground floor, plus six floors above ground. By being located close to Băneasa Airport, the building offers quick access to DN1 and Henri Coandă International Airport. In 2021, the building underwent an extensive modernization process that enabled full DEKRA and Acces4You certification.

Praktiker Real Estate Romania has successfully completed the acquisition of Muntenia Business Center, the office building located on Splaiul Unirii, No. 16, with a total area of 9,750 sq m. The transaction value amounted to approximately EUR 8 million.

The property was acquired from Voluthema Property Developer, a company owned by Longshield Investment Group, known for its involvement in the development of landmark projects in the real estate sector.

The real estate company Crosspoint Real Estate, a partner in Romania of Savills International, exclusively assisted Voluthema Property Developer in the sale process of the Muntenia Business Center office building.

America House announces the extension of its lease agreement with OLX and an increase in office space of 43%, reaching a total area of 1,663 sqm.
