The real estate company Top Trio Capital, owned by businessman Shimshon Younger and his partners, has put up for sale the Armand Business Center office building in the center of Bucharest for about EUR 8 million.
The Armand Business Center building was built in 2013, has 3 basements with 48 parking spaces and 6 above-ground floors, with a leasable area of about 3,500 square meters. The building has an occupancy rate of about 80% and tenants such as Mega Image, Avira, AFS and Biochem.
Last year, Top Trio Capital, the company that owns the building, reported revenues of about EUR 1 million. Top Trio Capital is owned by Shimshon Younger, 50%, Michael Grinblat, 25%, and Ozer Assaf and Jacob Ofnagel, each with 12.5%.
Real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has been appointed to sell the building. The property was previously listed for sale 10 years ago for EUR 7.5 million.
