Novarion Hubix EF TLH, the project company established for the development of phases E and F of The Lake Home complex in Sibiu, has obtained EUR 9.5 million financing from UniCredit Bank.
The financing is intended for the development of blocks E and F, part of a new phase of expansion of the mixed-use project The Lake Home in Sibiu. The project is being developed in partnership by Novarion and Hubix, with Hubix acting as equity partner and Investment Manager in the project, and Novarion as equity partner and Development Manager. The execution of the works will be ensured by Novarion DMX Construction, the general contractor of the project.
“This financing marks an important milestone for the development of The Lake Home and confirms the maturity of the project, both from the perspective of the urban concept and from the perspective of execution. The Lake Home is not just a residential project, but a large urban reconversion, built around a valuable natural area for Sibiu. Our role is to carry this development forward with discipline, quality and continuity,” said Raul Târnaru, CEO Novarion, partner in The Lake Home project and Development Manager of the project.
“The Lake Home is a project that fits very well into the Hubix investment philosophy: a location with real potential, a clear urban regeneration component and a development that can generate long-term value, not only through the residential product, but also through the impact it has on the area. For us, the role of equity partner involves more than just capital contribution. It means involvement in the structuring of the investment, in the governance of the project and in supporting a partnership built on discipline, transparency and common objectives. We believe that The Lake Home has all the prerequisites to become one of the landmark projects of the residential market in Sibiu”, said Daniel Tudor, Chief Investment Officer of Hubix, equity partner in the The Lake Home project.
Upon completion, the complex will include 494 apartments, 34 houses, 3 restaurants and approximately 20,000 sqm of green spaces.
