Five-Holding shareholders have decided to sell the land and former industrial halls they own behind Dedeman Tulcea to German retailer Kaufland.
On the two plots of land with a total area of almost 18,000 square meters, there are also 5 industrial buildings with an area of about 6,000 square meters. Five-Holding has promoted a Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) for the construction of a commercial complex on this land since October last year. The property is located on Isaccei Street, no. 119-179, behind the Dedeman store in Tulcea.
If an agreement is reached with Kaufland, this will be the retailer’s second store in Tulcea, after the one on Barajului Street.
