Ciprian Marica, shareholder of the Farul Constanța football club, together with his partners, Alexandra Rusu and Marian Gherghiceanu, are preparing a new real estate project near the Porsche Pipera car showroom that will include 309 apartments and an aparthotel with 47 accommodation units.
The investors own a plot of land with an area of approximately 11,600 square meters. The project, whose value is estimated at approximately 16.4 million euros, also includes 382 parking spaces, of which 237 are underground and the rest are above ground. The developed area of the project was calculated at approximately 36,000 square meters.
“The project is called Ambiance Residence 3 and we are in the authorization phase. We want to start the project in the fall of this year,” said Marian Gherghiceanu.
The 3 investors, along with former coach Ioan Andone, were also involved in the development of the first two phases of the Ambiance Residence residential complex, also near the Porsche Pipera showroom.
