The Borcea family and developer Cordia have obtained building permits for two major residential projects on the shores of Lake Tei in Bucharest.
Cristi Borcea’s family company, which owns a 25,000 sqm plot of land on the shores of Lake Tei in Bucharest, has obtained the building permit for a residential project, across the street from the headquarters of the National Forestry Agency. For this land, the developer One United Properties signed a pre-contract for the acquisition if the building permit is obtained, and the completion of the transaction was estimated for spring next year. The data from the building permit shows that the blocks will have 3 basements, 11 floors and a technical floor.
Next to this land, the developer Cordia has received the permit for the construction of the residential project that it has been preparing for several years. The land was purchased a long time ago, also from the Borcea family. Cordia has received the permit for the construction of high-rise blocks of 9 and 10 floors, plus a technical floor. The technical terrace will be used for solar panels. The land owned by Cordia is 15,000 sqm, and the company’s plans show that it plans to build 229 apartments.
