Hotspot announces the appointment of Cristina Dumitrescu as Managing Director. Cristina Dumitrescu will oversee the operational and commercial activities of Hotspot Romania, focusing on implementing the company’s development and expansion plans, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening commercial relationships with existing partners and customers.
Hotspot continues to expand its presence in the Bucharest market. Following the extension of its space in The Mark building, the company announced the launch of Hotspot Exclusive, a new premium location within One Tower, scheduled to become operational by the end of 2026. Currently, Hotspot operates two locations in the capital, Hotspot Workhub and Hotspot Skyhub, with a 95% occupancy rate and a tenant retention rate of approximately 99%.
