Peakside Names Krzysztof Godleś to Manage Warsaw Logistics Project

20 October 2026

Peakside Capital Advisors has appointed Krzysztof Godleś as Project Manager for City Point Targówek, a logistics and industrial development in Warsaw. He will oversee the remaining stages of the project, which is expected to provide approximately 100,000 sqm of warehouse, production and service space upon completion.

The development is being undertaken through a joint venture between Peakside Capital Advisors and Partners Group on a site covering approximately 23 hectares in Warsaw’s Targówek district. The project involves the redevelopment of previously used industrial land into a complex accommodating logistics, manufacturing and service businesses.

Godleś will be responsible for coordinating the next construction phases, including design work, planning procedures, contractor selection and supervision of building activities. His responsibilities will also include managing project budgets, construction schedules and the technical requirements associated with the development.

He joins Peakside with nearly 30 years of experience in construction and property development. Before his appointment, he operated an independent consultancy and previously held management positions at 6B47 Poland and Home Developer. His work has included residential, retail and student accommodation projects in several Polish cities.

Earlier in his career, Godleś served as Head of Development and Construction at ORCO Property Group, where his responsibilities included residential developments such as Złota 44 in Warsaw. He was also involved in the development of Silesia Outlet in Gliwice and the Zielove residential project in Wyszków.

At Tesco Polska, he managed development activities covering planning, construction budgets, permitting and project delivery. His experience included more than 60 retail properties and two distribution centres in Teresin. He began his professional career at Gleeds Polska, working in construction project management and cost control.

Godleś graduated from Warsaw University of Technology with a degree in civil engineering, specialising in steel structures. His professional experience also includes building certification procedures, environmental requirements, construction cost management and negotiations with contractors and public authorities.

City Point Targówek is planned as a multi-stage development intended to accommodate businesses requiring warehouse facilities alongside production and service activities within Warsaw. Its location within the city distinguishes it from larger logistics parks situated on the outskirts of the metropolitan area, where land availability and transport connections often determine development patterns.

The project incorporates energy efficiency measures, water management systems and provisions intended to support biodiversity. According to the developer, individual buildings are being assessed against environmental and building management certification frameworks, including BREEAM, LEED and WELL Health-Safety Rating, together with applicable EU Taxonomy requirements.

Peakside has not provided an updated timetable for completing the remaining construction phases or confirmed how much of the planned 100,000 sqm has already been delivered. Godleś’s appointment places him in charge of coordinating the next stages of construction as the development progresses.
