Stoian Brothers Invest EUR 10 million in new Logistics Center

16 July 2026

Brothers Andrei and Cătălin Stoian are moving the logistics activity of the Josi group from Bucharest to a new warehouse in Ștefăneștii de Jos, which they will soon begin to build, a project valued at about EUR 10 million, which also ensures the future expansion of the company.

The entrepreneurs bought a plot of land measuring about 3.7 hectares last year and are now in the process of preparing the construction of a hall measuring about 6,000 square meters. Construction is expected to begin in August of this year.

The new hall will have, in addition to the actual storage space, a packaging, repackaging, labeling section, automated with packaging and palletizing robots. Once the warehouse is completed, Josi’s logistics activity will be moved from the cold storage platform located on Fântânica Street, in the Bucharest neighborhood of Pantelimon.
