Mulberry Completes the Resistance Structure  for Palladyo Residential Project

7 July 2026

Palladyo, a residential project located directly on Blvd. Theodor Pallady, has completed the resistance structure, marking the entry into an advanced stage of execution. The total investment in the project is estimated at EUR 20 million.

The project is being developed by Mulberry, a company founded by Oleksandr Sobko and active in markets such as Lithuania, Romania, the United Kingdom and Cyprus. Palladyo includes 130 residential units, from studios to 4-room duplexes, two commercial spaces on the ground floor, common terraces and 134 parking spaces, of which 75 are underground and 59 are above ground.

“The completion of the load-bearing structure is one of the most important stages in a residential project, as it marks the transition from initial planning and execution to a much more visible phase of development. For Palladyo, we aimed for a well-integrated project in a rapidly changing area, with access to public transport, commercial services and a growing residential demand. Theodor Pallady Boulevard has a different urban dynamic today than it did a few years ago, and this is reflected in the interest in well-connected and efficient residential projects,” said Oleksandr Sobko, founder of Mulberry, the project developer.

Palladyo is being developed in two buildings. Building A has basements, ground floor and up to 12 floors, with duplexes on the top floors, while Building B has basements, ground floor and up to 10 floors, also with duplexes on the top floors. Project management is provided by Optim Project Management.

The sale of homes in Palladyo is carried out through an exclusive mandate granted to the real estate consulting company, The Concept.
