The company Winners Center S.A. has submitted the PUZ documentation in Cluj-Napoca for a mixed-use complex of almost 50,000 sqm built on a 11,887 sqm plot near Cluj Arena and Radisson Hotel in Cluj-Napoca.
The project involves two plots of 8,308 sqm and 3,579 sqm.
On the large plot, the proposed project includes 14,000 sqm of office space, 5,000 sqm of retail space, a 3,700 sqm clinic, an apartment hotel with 70 rooms, a public catering facility with 500 seats, 3,000 sqm gyms and a 700 sqm covered swimming pool. The parking lot, with 450 spaces, is entirely underground.
An urban garden open to the public is proposed on the small plot, of which 2,569 sqm are to be donated to the public domain.
