Real estate developer One United Properties has stopped the sale process of the One Tower office building on Calea Floreasca in Bucharest, after not finding a buyer willing to pay the target price.
“There is no sale of One Tower for now. We have not been able to find a buyer at the price we are looking for. So we have decided that it is better, for now, for the shareholders to keep this asset,” said the company’s co-founder, Victor Căpitanu.
Victor Căpitanu declared earlier this year that One Tower generates revenues of EUR 600,000 per month, about EUR million annually, and the internal rate of return is in double digits.
