Former Minister for the Business Environment, Ilan Laufer, inaugurated the outdoor food court concept in Otopeni. He plans to expand the new outdoor food court concept, together with businessman Hamza Karimov, former CEO of SOCAR Petroleum, and his brother.
Ilan Laufer presents the new retail concept as the first drive-in mall in Romania and the first outdoor food court in Europe. The project is fully leased. The complex has 15 restaurants, plus a supermarket and a car wash.
The tenants are: Dristor Kebap, Trenta Pizza, Gyros Thessalonikis, Pescobar, Matei’s simigeria, Mega Image Shop&Go, Happy Baker, K-Chicken, Esushi, Sali`s, Meat Up, Fort 2 Go, Royal Tunel car wash, Las Vegas, Pizza Bonita and Kungfu King.
The investment in the Otopeni project amounts to about EUR 10 million, half of which is provided by a bank loan from Garanti Bank.
