Entrepreneurs Adrian Păcuraru and Andrei Rați, developers of the Joy retail park network, have sold half of the Joy retail parks they are building in Răducăneni (Iași) and Pantelimon (Ilfov) to the real estate investment platform Hubix.
The Joy Retail Park shopping center in Răducăneni is set to open in 2027 with retailers Pepco and Penny Market as tenants. The gross development value of the retail park was estimated at EUR 2.9 million, and half of the amount is supported by new partner Hubix. The project will have a usable area of approximately 1,758 square meters and 77 parking spaces. The project is fully pre-leased with contracts extending up to 15 years.
Păcuraru and Rați’s plan is to develop two retail parks per year. In the Joy network, they also own the retail parks in Rupea, Roznov and Sovata. The other Joy retail parks, developed in Dorohoi, Balș, Gherla and Calafat, were sold, but remained under the management of the developer company.
