Danya Cebus Completes first Phase of Denya Lake residential project

The construction company Danya Cebus, owned by Jacob Luxenburg, is completing the first phase of a villa project in Pipera.

Denya Lake will be built on a plot of land in Pipera, on the lakeshore. The project is to be delivered in two phases, with 45 villas in the first and 42 villas in the second. The first phase of development is to be handed over, and the works on the second phase will be completed next year, according to information from the developer.

The total investment in the project with 87 villas amounts to EUR 45 million.

Danya Cebus, which built the AFI mall, but also the infrastructure of the first phase of the military base in Deveselu, also has Denya Home under construction, a project with over 900 apartments, built in phases, and Denya Forest in Timisoara, with over 1,000 apartments.
