Business Garden Bucharest welcomes ProCredit Bank and reaches 90% occupancy

Vastint Romania, part of the VASTINT Group, has signed a 2,500 sqm lease agreement with ProCredit Bank, which has relocated its Romanian headquarters to Business Garden Bucharest. The transaction brings the office complex to 90% occupancy. In addition to its headquarters, ProCredit Bank has opened a 24/7 self-service area on the ground floor of Building A, occupying approximately 175 sqm. Over the past 12 months, Business Garden Bucharest has leased around 14,500 sqm of office space and currently hosts a community of 35 companies.
