BMF Grup has signed the contract for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Flash Lighting Services S.A., one of the reference companies in Romania in the design, implementation and management of intelligent lighting systems. The transaction will expand the group’s capacity to manage essential services for buildings and cities, bringing together skills in property management, urban infrastructure, energy efficiency and Smart City solutions.
For BMF GRUP, the acquisition marks the transition to a new scale of activity: from managing buildings and technical infrastructure to operating systems on which entire communities depend. Public lighting, traffic management, infrastructure monitoring and electric vehicle charging will complement the group’s services, with a focus on operational continuity, consumption reduction and efficient use of resources.
The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The RTPR law firm provided legal assistance to Sarmis Capital and BMF Grup in completing this transaction.
