Israeli real estate developer Dimri has started construction on a new residential complex, with almost 600 apartments, on a plot of land in Pipera purchased 20 years ago.
The plot of almost 5 hectares is located between the residential complexes Oxford Gardens and Victoria Homes, near the American School. The project, called Carrington by Dimri, will include 16 residential buildings and one commercial building that will be built at the same time. The commercial building, with an area of about 1,000 square meters, will include a supermarket, gym, cafe and recreational spaces.
“All the ground floor apartments also have a garden, some even reaching 300 square meters. The buildings are low-rise and close to the Tunari forest,” said company representatives.
