HILS Development Appoints Monica Bejan as Head of Marketing  

HILS Development, the real estate developer controlled by entrepreneur Ionuţ Negoiţă, has appointed Monica Bejan as Head of Marketing, a position from which she will coordinate the strategy and activity of the company’s marketing department.

“I believe that a real estate project means more than a building. It means the way people live, feel and organize their daily lives in that space,” says Monica Bejan, Head of Marketing at HILS Development.

For the past 13 years, Monica Bejan has worked at Skanska Commercial Development Europe, in the office buildings segment, where she had marketing and communication responsibilities for projects developed both in Romania and the Czech Republic.

HILS Development is active in the residential and mixed-use segments, currently having seven residential projects in its portfolio in the east and north of the Capital.
