A regional logistics company has leased approximately 4,000 sqm of warehouse space at a business park in Gensingen, Rhineland-Palatinate, in a transaction brokered by REALOGIS Immobilien Frankfurt on behalf of PUTSCH Immobilien. The space is located at Alexander-Bretz-Straße 2–6 and will primarily be used to store packaged food products. The identity of the tenant and the financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The wider commercial park covers approximately 100,000 sqm and provides around 52,000 sqm of lettable space.
Gensingen is located within the wider Rhine-Main economic area. The property has road connections to the A61 motorway via the B41 and B50 federal roads, while the nearby Nahetal interchange provides access to the A60. The location gives occupiers connections towards the Rhine-Main region as well as western and south-western Germany, supporting the site’s use for regional distribution and storage activities.
