Businessman Dan Ostahie plans to expand by 30% his logistics park near Bucharest, which provides storage for the Altex electro-IT store chain.
Ostahie developed three warehouses in stages, between 2018 and 2025, with a total area of over 136,000 square meters within the Altex Logistic Park, in the Dragomirești locality.
The construction of the last two warehouses was financially supported by two credit facilities granted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in a cumulative amount of EUR 38.25 million.
Now, within the Altex Logistic Park, the construction of the fourth warehouse is planned, with a developed area of over 40,000 square meters, on a land of about 8 hectares. The investment will increase the surface area of the Altex logistics park to 176,000 square meters.
