The Țiriac Group has announced an investment of EUR 100 million in the real estate project it is building next year in Brașov.
The company aims to develop a residential complex, a hospital, a kindergarten and green spaces in stages. The planned investment value exceeds EUR 100 million.
Work on the future real estate project will begin next year and will be carried out in three development stages over five years.
The first phase involves the construction of an eight-story apartment building, while the second phase will involve the expansion of the blocks to a complex with 350 apartments. The hospital, park and kindergarten will be built in the third phase.
Țiriac owns 4 hectares of the former Lemexim industrial platform in Brașov, of which 6,000 square meters, or 15% of the land, will be transferred to the city hall for the development of a park.
