Cometex, part of the Altex group, is building its first residential project from scratch in Giurgiu.
The company has completed the work on the building structure of the Toff Residence Girugiu residential project, which, when completed, will be the tallest in the city. The block is being built on a 5,000 square meter plot next to the Aurora retail park, also built by Cometex, and the 104 apartments are to be delivered by spring next year.
“The residential component comes as a natural complement to existing commercial projects, in the logic of mixed developments that integrate retail, modern housing, cultural spaces and services, which coexist in an integrated urban ecosystem. We do not rule out that, in the future, where the land configuration allows it, we will develop new projects with mixed functions, in which the residential component will complement the commercial spaces”, said Adrian Urdă, Cometex general manager.
