HILS Development announces the launch of the second phase of the HILS Republica project, developed on a former industrial area abandoned for over 30 years, near Hala Laminor and 750 meters from the Republica metro station. The decision comes after the first phase of the project was 98% sold.
“The results of the first phase confirm the interest in the project and, especially, for the type of development that we propose at HILS Republica. We are going beyond the construction of apartments and transforming a former industrial platform into a community connected to the city and designed for everyday life. Phase 2 represents the next step in the development of this mixed-use project and continues our vision of long-term urban regeneration,” said Ionuţ Negoiţă, founder and CEO of HILS Development.
The second phase will be developed on an area of 6,924 sqm and will include two buildings with a height regime of 2 basements + ground floor + 11 upper floors and duplex level, with a total of 358 apartments. Of the area of the second phase, 2,791 sqm will be dedicated to green spaces, and the area between the two blocks will be organized as an exclusively pedestrian space, without car access, with a playground for children and relaxation areas.
