Premier Energy Leases 3,000 sqm in ARC office building

PPF Real Estate announced that Premier Energy Group has signed the first lease agreement in ARC, the 30,000 sq m office project under construction near the Basarab Bridge. The listed energy group will occupy approximately 3,000 sq m, the equivalent of an entire floor, with the relocation estimated for the first quarter of 2027. According to information from the real estate market, German online fashion retailer Zalando is also in talks for a similar area.

Premier Energy Group is the first tenant of ARC, the building that Czech group PPF is building in the Basarab area, with an announced investment of EUR 70 million.

“Premier Energy’s decision to establish its future offices in ARC is an important confirmation for both the project and the broader transformation of the Basarab area. As the project takes shape, we are seeing high interest from organizations looking for a workspace ready for the demands of the future,” said Mirela Ciovică, head of leasing at PPF Real Estate Romania.
