Primark has opened its first store in Sibiu, located in Shopping City Sibiu, following an investment of over EUR 8 million. The new store has a sales area of over 2,300 square meters, spread over a single level. With this opening, over 100 new jobs have been created.
The opening takes place just one month after Primark entered the Craiova market. By the end of 2026, new stores are planned in Iași and Bacău, as well as a third store in Bucharest, at Sun Plaza. Thus, the Primark network in Romania will reach nine stores.
