ROKA Development announces the launch of the residential projects Platinum by ROKA Development and Parkview by ROKA Development, two developments that mark the company’s repositioning toward the upper-mid-market, premium and high-end segment.
The two projects total 144 apartments, over 175 parking spaces and a combined estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of EUR 30 million, of which EUR 20 million is allocated to Platinum and EUR 10 million to Parkview.
“Platinum and Parkview represent the moment when the ROKA Development brand enters a new, clearer, more mature and more ambitious stage. Our clients want to know who is building, how construction is being carried out, what guarantees they receive and how much they pay before delivery, and these two projects respond directly to those expectations,” says Ahmed Tomah, Vice President of ROKA Development.
The launch comes at a time when both projects already show a relevant level of commercial interest. Platinum is 15% sold in presale, while Parkview is 35% sold.
