Astorium Construct Investment, controlled by businessman Ulaş Dilmaç, is working on the concept of a new residential complex, called Selenium, which will be developed on Gura Caliței Street in Sector 3. The complex will be built on a 1.5-hectare plot and will include studios, as well as two-, three- and four-room apartments. The estimated investment for the development of the Selenium project is EUR 35 million.
In parallel, the company is preparing another investment, valued at 6–8 million euros, in a boutique complex with approximately 40 apartments. The project will have a ground floor plus three floors, will also be located in Sector 3, about eight minutes from the Nicolae Teclu metro station, and is expected to be completed in approximately 12 months.
In addition to these developments, Astorium is planning two more residential projects in Sector 3. One of them will include over 700 apartments, and each of the two investments is estimated at over EUR 30 million.
