Leventer Medical Group announces the official opening of the private Băneasa Tumor Center Hospital, an investment of over EUR 30 million.
After an extensive design and construction process carried out over more than four years, the hospital, located in the myhive Victoria Park building in the northern part of the capital, near the future Tokyo metro station, officially begins its activity.
The hospital spans an area of approximately 10,000 square meters, and the plans include an expansion of more than 12,000 square meters in a later development stage. It is designed as a complete medical infrastructure that integrates all stages of the caring process, from precision diagnosis to treatment and recovery.
“The presence of Băneasa Tumor Center Hospital in myhive Victoria Park honors us, especially as this is a hospital at the forefront of medicine, integrated into an emblematic building for the local market, part of the CPI Romania portfolio. The investment proposed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mihaela Leventer and Claudiu Opran also reflect CPI Romania’s strategic focus on a niche segment experiencing accelerated growth: the adaptation of modern office buildings to host private healthcare infrastructure. We provided Leventer Medical Group with a flexible infrastructure that allowed the organization of hospital flows and facilities in line with the highest medical standards. Thus, we have demonstrated our commitment to creating adaptable spaces designed to meet the needs and requirements of our partners.,” highlights Fulga Dinu, Country Manager, CPI Romania.
