French reinsurance giant SCOR is negotiating the lease of 1,500–2,000 square meters of modern offices in the capital, with the potential to accommodate approximately 200 employees. The move marks one of the most important new corporate entries on the local office market, at a time of historic lows in new office deliveries, but with increased interest in premium ESG buildings in central areas.
Market consultants say this is one of the most relevant new applications from a company that has just entered the local market in the last year, in a context in which new demand on the capital’s office market barely exceeds 40,000 sq m per semester – the lowest level in the last four years.
