Sema Real Estate, a company owned by businessman Ion Rădulea, announces its first investment in apartments on the land of the former Semănătoarea factory in Bucharest.
Sema Real Estate will invest EUR 55 million in the first phase of the Sema Home project alone, which will have 301 apartments. In the second phase, two 11-story high-rise buildings will be built, with almost 400 apartments and 516 parking spaces, which will make the investment for the two phases exceed EUR 100 million.
Prices for a studio apartment start at EUR 131,700, for two-room apartments from 166,400 euros, for three-room apartments from EUR 225,800, and for four-room apartments, prices start at EUR 305,500. VAT is added to these prices.
