HILS Development, a company controlled by entrepreneur Ionuţ Negoiţă, has sold the entire HILS Brauner residential complex, with 8 blocks, located in the eastern part of Bucharest, in the Theodor Pallady area.
The complex includes 1,336 apartments and has over 2,500 residents. The complex also includes green spaces of over 8,500 sqm, playgrounds, relaxation areas, a football field, a café and an 8-level multi-storey car park, which offers 1,363 spaces for residents and visitors.
The company currently has three fully sold residential projects: HILS Pallady, HILS Splai and HILS Brauner, with a total of over 3,300 apartments in the eastern part of Bucharest.
