Urban Spaces Launches New Residential Complex and Opens its first Investment Campaign

Urban Spaces, with four completed projects and around 200 apartments delivered since 2012, is launching its first financing campaign, together with Growceanu, the regulated private equity investment platform in Romania.

The round, open until September 30, offers access to Urban Spaces BTR, the build-to-rent component of the Urban Spaces Aviației project, a mixed-use complex of over 400 apartments with an estimated value of EUR 150 million. Investors on the Growceanu platform can participate with up to 20% of the company’s capital, or 1.3 million euros, on the same terms as the founders.

“We are opening for the first time the opportunity for investors to participate with us in the development of an Urban Spaces project, through a regulated investment platform,” said Gavril Zaharia, CEO and co-founder of Urban Spaces.
