THR Marea Neagră Sells two more Hotel Complexes and 112 ha of Land

THR Marea Neagră sells two more hotel complexes and over 112 hectares of land on the coast. These are to be put up for public auction.

THR Marea Neagră continues its hotel property liquidation plan and sells the Semiramis and Tosca tourist complexes on the coast, in the Saturn resort, as well as the related lands, over 112 hectares.

In the first half of this year, the company sold the Măgura complex in Eforie Sud to the tenant Neptun Hotels SRL for a price of EUR 2.5 million, the Siret complex in Saturn to Mamaia North Investments SA for a price of EUR 3.5 million and the related lands. In addition, it sold a 149 sq m plot of land belonging to the Brateș Thermal Power Plant.

In July, the Cleopatra restaurant, the Narcis hotel and restaurant in Saturn, as well as the Raluca hotel and Orion restaurant in Venus, were also sold, for a total value of  EUR 14.6 million.
