SPEEDWELL announces that SPACEPLUS Popești-Leordeni has obtained the building permit and moved into the final stage of development. The company has also signed the general contractor agreement with GSE Group, with construction works just started.
Located on DN4, between Bucharest’s existing ring road and the new A0 motorway, SPACEPLUS Popești-Leordeni will offer approximately 12,200 sqm of modern industrial and logistics space across two buildings. Designed specifically for SMEs, the project responds to the need for flexible, fully authorised and highly accessible spaces that can support companies active in distribution, e-commerce, services, light production, storage and mixed-use operations.
