OneWave GmbH has taken approximately 3,200 sqm of warehouse and office space in Flörsheim am Main, expanding its logistics capacity in the Frankfurt-Rhine-Main region. The transaction brings the approximately 17,800 sqm business park owned by Boreal IM to full occupancy.
The company will use around 2,700 sqm for warehousing and approximately 500 sqm as offices. OneWave works with Korean beauty and skincare brands entering and expanding across European markets, supplying both conventional retailers and online sales channels. The new facility will allow the company to bring more of its storage and operational activities together as its distribution business grows.
The property at Mariechen-Graulich-Straße 10–14a was completed in 2015 and combines logistics and office accommodation. REALOGIS Immobilien Frankfurt arranged the letting on behalf of the property owner.
Flörsheim’s position between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz provides access to several of the region’s principal motorway connections, including the A3, A66 and A671. Frankfurt Airport is around 15 kilometres from the property, giving the location access to one of Germany’s principal transport and logistics hubs.
