Real estate developer Element Industrial, controlled by entrepreneurs Sacha Dragic and Ionuț Dumitrescu, is launching Phase II of the ELI Park Bacău project by developing an additional 11,500 square meters of modern industrial and logistics space. The expansion complements the existing 35,170 square meters.
“Achieving 100% occupancy at ELI Park Bacau is an important milestone and a solid confirmation of both the quality of the project and the potential of the Bacau market. The location, improved transport infrastructure and the flexibility of the spaces have allowed us to respond to a diverse range of operational requirements. With the existing spaces fully leased, we continue the investment through a new phase of 11,500 sqm, for which the building permit has already been obtained, thus further capitalizing on the potential of the Moldova region”, said ELI Parks representatives.
ELI Parks also launched the second phase of the ELI Park Iași project, by developing another 20,000 sqm of modern industrial and logistics spaces.
