Entrepreneur David Aron is entering the Tech Business Software market with the launch of an ERP tool featuring integrated AI Agents, QuickFin.erp, following an investment of over EUR 300,000.
After the tool took shape out of an internal need at the Alpin hospitality business, David Aron – founder of QuickFin.erp and CEO of Alpin Group – went on to develop an ERP with integrated AI Agents, which can now be used by any company that wants to optimize its business in real time.
“The development of the financial tool started during the pandemic, out of our own need. At Alpin Group we had to cut costs quickly and couldn’t find a suitable solution on the market, so we built it ourselves. From this development, starting this summer, we launched a new start-up, QuickFin.erp, in the software and business software space, which addresses the entire Romanian market,” says David Aron. According to him, QuickFin.erp was created from the question “How healthy is my company, today?” For this reason, classic invoicing programs such as e-Factura and SPV are included, but on top of them, QuickFin.erp has developed three new capabilities: AI Agents that take over repetitive work: bank statement reconciliation and invoice processing; Financial visibility: forecasted cash flow and profitability tracked by cost center, not just the net profit at the end of the year; Direct dialogue with your data: you ask the AI for a weekly or monthly summary and receive it on the spot.
