The Ukrainian company D Group, which is building the Wyndham Garden Bucharest Airport hotel, wants to expand on the Romanian market and is looking for land for new developments.
D Group is looking for new land for a new hotel, also in the north of Bucharest, but also for the development of a retail park or strip mall.
“Our 276-room hotel, located near the Henri Coandă International Airport in Otopeni, is progressing according to schedule. Building A is scheduled to be put into operation in 2027, and building B in 2028. In parallel with the construction works, we are presenting the project to investors and partners on international markets,” announced Vadism Dashut, the company’s owner.
The total investment in the Wyndham Hotel in Otopeni amounts to over EUR 45 million.
