Green House Development has reported that almost a quarter of the homes planned at its Ciszewska 12 project in Warsaw have been sold, as construction continues on the residential building in the Włochy district. The development will contain 19 apartments and is scheduled for completion in May 2027.
The four-storey building will provide apartments measuring between 32 and 64 sqm. Work is currently taking place below ground level, where a parking area for residents is being constructed. The developer states that construction is proceeding according to its original timetable.
The reported sales level represents approximately four to five apartments, although the company has not provided an exact figure. No information has been released regarding transaction prices, the total value of the development or the proportion of purchases financed through mortgages.
The project is being constructed as a single residential building rather than a larger housing complex. Its design incorporates features associated with Warsaw’s older apartment buildings, including decorative balcony elements and metal railings, alongside contemporary construction methods. Each apartment will have either a balcony or access to a private garden.
The development is located on Ciszewska Street in Włochy, an established residential district containing a mixture of housing and local services. The surrounding area includes schools, shops and other neighbourhood facilities, with transport connections to central Warsaw.
Buyers will also have access to an optional apartment finishing service provided through Decoroom. Underground parking is included in the building’s design.
The project provides a relatively small addition to Warsaw’s residential supply, where development activity ranges from individual apartment buildings to large housing estates. Its limited number of units means that a small number of transactions can account for a significant share of the total apartments available.
Green House Development expects construction to be completed in May 2027, when the 19 apartments are scheduled to become available for occupation.
