Nord One, a real estate developer within Alber Holding, has started work on a new phase of the Cartierul Vienez complex, a project in Timișoara with an estimated investment value of EUR 24 million. The project is being carried out on an area of approximately 5 hectares.
The 146 housing units are distributed in two buildings. The residential offer includes units with usable areas ranging from 42 to 114 square meters, configured from 1.5 to 4 rooms.
Currently, work is underway at a steady pace on the Cartierul Vienez construction site. Building N3 has already been handed over, buildings N4 and N5 are in advanced execution. For buildings N6 and N7, the project is authorized and work has begun. According to estimates, buildings N6 and N7 will be completed in December 2028.
