Hercesa Builds Residential Building in the Unirii area of ​​the Capital

Hercesa owns a 600 square meter plot of land near Unirii Boulevard in the capital, very close to the National Library and the Bucharest Courthouse, and has changed the destination according to which it was to be the base for a four-star hotel, the new plans being for the construction of a residential block on the same site. Even longer ago, the plan was for the construction of an office building.

Hercesa obtained an authorization that allows the construction of a hotel, but as the plans recently changed to residential, which “best utilizes that land”, it is now awaiting a new authorization. The investment to develop a residential block with up to 60 apartments is expected to exceed EUR 30 million.
