Quartier Ferdinand, developed by STC Partners has sold over 70% of its units, with 115 of the 164 units sold.
“The community mix is very interesting: over 35% of buyers come from the medical field, another large share, over 25%, are entrepreneurs, and around 40% are families relocating within the same area who want a new and/or larger apartment, families who bought for their children so they can be close to each other, and families investing in their children’s future, to be close to the schools and universities where they study or will study,” states Roxana Steiner, Partner & COO, STC Partners.
The project, an investment of over EUR 35 million, is currently at the interior finishing stage, with the structure, façades and terraces completed and work on the inner courtyard in full swing. Delivery is estimated for the first quarter of next year, 2027, with acceptance upon completion of the works.
“Quartier Ferdinand has been very well received by the market, in line with what it offers: durability, comfort and safety. At the same time, we have integrated this project with new sustainability-based technologies, in a place with a rich history for Bucharest. So we are all the happier to be able to offer this area its first zero-carbon-emission building,” says Adi Steiner, Partner & CEO, STC Partners.
The ZEB (Zero Emissions Building) certification of Quartier Ferdinand ensures total carbon neutrality, taking into account the building’s entire carbon footprint and offsetting it, from its development through 50 years of use. In this way, the developer STC Partners continues its commitment to the sustainability and durability of the projects it develops.
