SPEEDWELL continues the development of the commercial component of the QUEENS District mixed-use project and announces the signing of a long-term lease agreement with Mega Image.
Mega Image will operate a store of approximately 460 square metres on the ground floor of the QUEENS District Office building under the Mega Image City concept. The signing of the lease agreement brings the occupancy rate of QUEENS District’s retail section to over 50%.
