LPP Group will bring to RIVUS project four brands from its portfolio. Reserved, Mohito, House, and Cropp will occupy a total area upwards of 3,500 square meters. Developed by companies IULIUS and Atterbury Europe, RIVUS is the largest urban reconversion project in Romania and is currently in the construction phase.

The LPP brands are also present in the Iulius Town Timișoara, across the Iulius Mall network, as well as in Family Market.
