Activ Property Services has brokered the lease of space of approx. 2,000 sqm for the new production facility of Romanian retailer Pofta de Pâine at Lion’s Head Logistics Park Bucharest South, a project developed by Lion’s Head in southern Bucharest, in the Popești area, close to Danubiana. The transaction was coordinated by Cosmin Dinu, Head of Industrial at Activ Property Services, who advised Pofta de Pâine throughout the process. Operations at the new factory are expected to commence in October–November 2026.
“We want Lion’s Head Logistics Park Bucharest South to be the natural choice for companies looking for modern logistics space that can be effectively adapted to their operations. Pofta de Pâine is a very good example – a growing Romanian entrepreneurial business that needs infrastructure capable of keeping pace with its development.
We work closely with each client to understand how their business operates and what matters most to their operations. The presence of growing Romanian companies alongside international players confirms that the project can meet a wide range of requirements,” said Alina Necula, Country Manager, Lion’s Head Romania.
“Today, the industrial and logistics market serves a broad range of companies with different operational requirements. The same park can accommodate a food production facility, a courier or distribution operator, a growing entrepreneurial business or the operations of a large international company.
For us, it is important that Lion’s Head’s logistics portfolio responds to this diversity. This is why we develop high-quality, flexible spaces that can be adapted to different activities and business models, as well as to different stages in a company’s development.
Pofta de Pâine is a very good example of how this flexibility enables us to provide a practical solution tailored to the specific requirements of a growing business,” said Vladimir Gurdjieff, Managing Director, Lion’s Head Logistics.
