Romstal Leases  24,400 sqm Warehouse in CTPark Bucharest South

Romstal has leased a 24,400 sqm warehouse in CTPark Bucharest South. This is the largest transaction signed this year on the local market.

Romstal has leased a 24,400 sqm warehouse from a 54,000 sqm one in CTPark Bucharest South, built by CTP near Bucharest.  The new warehouse will support the company’s logistics and distribution operations nationally and in the Central and Eastern European region.

CTPark Bucharest South is located between the current Bucharest ring road and the A0 highway. The park offers direct access to key national and international transport routes, including the A2 highway to Constanța, Romania’s largest port on the Black Sea.
