Fressnapf establishes its office at Hermes Business Campus, with advisory support from Fortim Trusted Advisors

Fressnapf Romania  has leased office space at Hermes Business Campus in Bucharest’s Dimitrie Pompeiu area. Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance, advised on the transaction.

The new office is the first permanent base for Fressnapf’s Romanian team, following a period in which the company operated from a coworking space. The German company chose to remain in the Dimitrie Pompeiu area, where its team was already based, with continuity of location being one of the key selection criteria.

Hermes Business Campus represents the first investment in Romania’s office sector by Adventum International.
