Hotspot, a premium office space operator in Bucharest, continues its expansion on the local market and announces the launch of Hotspot Exclusive, the third location in the company’s portfolio, which will open in One Tower, the Class A office building within One Floreasca City, the mixed-use development by One United Properties. The new location has an area of more than 1,400 square metres.
The leasing process for the space that will accommodate Hotspot Exclusive within One Tower was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Hotspot currently operates Hotspot Workhub in The Mark building, in the Piața Victoriei area, and Hotspot Skyhub in Orhideea Towers. The two locations have an occupancy rate of more than 95%, while tenant retention stands at approximately 99%.
